Orange County Assessor Claude Parrish has delivered the 2017-18 Local Assessment Roll of Values that includes all locally assessable property in Orange County. The total net value on the Roll is over $557.8 billion. The Roll of Values is up 6.02% or $31.67 billion more than last year (FY 2016-17).
